The CTK Testosterone ELISA is a solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The four main kit components are:

• A 96-well breakable solid microwells pre-coated with streptavidin;
• Testosterone Calibrators,
• Testosterone Enzyme Reagent comprised of testosterone analog-HRP conjugate in a protein stabilizing matrix,
• Testosterone Biotin Reagent comprised of anti-testosterone biotinylated purified rabbit IgG conjugate.

• Analytical Sensitivity: 0576 ng/mL at 2-SD
• Specificity: No cross-reactivity with androstenedione, cortisone, corticosterone, cortisol, dihydrotestosterone, DHEA sulfate, estriol, estrone, estradiol, hemolysis, lipemia, rubella, spironolactone, progesterone, 17α-OH progesterone
• Clinical performance: correlation coefficient 0.985 with a reference method
• Intra Assay Precision: CV ≤ 9.8%
• Inter Assay Precision: CV ≤ 9.7%
• Shelf life: 15 months
• Open kit stability: 60 days at 2-8°C, or until the expiration date
